We coordinated with the home owners solar company to set up a date to remove all solar panels from the roof. We then tore all the shingles off down to plywood. Hauled all debris to the dump. Inspected and replaced all rotten plywood.

We then removed what siding that needed to be removed on dormer, head walls where lower roof would meet, and on knee walls. We found more rotten wood on the walls and knee walls and repaired the rotten wood and installed epdm rubber where rubber was the rubber was leaking. We then installed a high temperature tile and metal roof underlayment on the entire roof and up the walls tucked  under the wall wrap.

We then had our metal trim and part of our panels on the job ready for us. Installed drip edge and valleys where needed. With that in place we could start running panels. Once a gable or dormer was finished we install our gable, head wall, or side wall counter flashing and re insalled siding. As the job progressed we restocked our metal panels so the jobsite was never cluttered and the home owners could still get in and out of there house. As secctions of the roof had all it panels on we installed the ridge caps and any pipe collars where needed.

Job had a final clean up and all debris hauled to the dump. Solar panel company notified of the completion of the job and we were finished.
